About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Great food and staff at all locations
Peel is one of my favorite restaurants in the St. Louis area.
It was ok pizza, the service wasn't great. No explanation that parmesan is a side (until I asked) no offer for drink refills, in fact we were pretty much ignored. $50 for 2 medium pizzas, a soda and a brew. Won't be back.

Loved this place! Such a variety, and different dishes than any place I’ve eaten at before. Absolutely delicious!
Mixed first experience at peel. If I were to go back I would probably get the wings and no pizza to be honest. The maple wings were probably the best I have ever had and were the best part of the meal. The kale Caesar was disappointing. The kale needed to be massaged/tenderized much more than it was. Would not order that again. Up charge for Parmesan was silly and not really worth it. The pizza was very good but definitely not quite as good as Deweys or pastaria in my opinion, but still not bad.
