About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

The selection here is great, from drinks through dessert. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and shows genuine care and respect for customers. The restaurant stays full, so it doesn't feel roomy, and everyone does a great job of staying to the sides so walkways are clear for customers. Best pizza in the area! Love the creative menu and comfortable atmosphere. They do not rush you in and out and allow you to enjoy your meal! Great food and great service always!
