About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

I love Peel Edwardsville. I’ve been to all 3 locations and Edwardsville is the best. The food and drinks are always great. A special shout to Brooke Aud. She is always friendly, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the different beers. Also a shout out to Brennan.

Ever since I came to Edwardsville for school, Peel has been my go-to. Brooke Aud is always the best. So attentive and remembers everything. Love this place and her!!
Was in Peel Monday evening for drinks. Brooke Aud was bartending and she is always very friendly and helpful. The drinks are very tasty also!
I went to the O’Fallon location and had the most pleasant experience with Joe and Jessica (she says goes by Rickster or something) anyway, there service was great and the food and beer was delicious. 10/10 would come here again!
