About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

RecommendedI went with some girlfriends for a ladies night out and delicious pizza after one had her heartbroken. Our server Marie was amazing. She was able to get my friend to smile and laugh which we struggled with all night. Her attitude and vibe was so positive. Not only would I recommend the food and atmosphere but I would highly recommend requesting to sit in Marie's area if shes working! Well done Peel!

I love Peel Pizza! Brooke A. , at the bar in Edwardsville , always greets with a smile and follows with my Cosmopolitan ( made with lime - not lemon) that is perfectly sweet and overflowing!
I don't live here, but always try to make a visit while I'm in town....food is really good, very nice people. Always try to get Marie as our server...best ever!

Love going to Peel for amazing pizza, large salads, and the best cocktails! Whenever there is a new drink, I can always count on Brooke to know all the details. Brooke has never steered me wrong when I need a suggestion on what to get. My experience at Peel has always been top notch and I love recommending this place to all my friends.
Brooke our bartender was fabulous!! Super attentive and friendly. The food came out quick and declicious. The perception IPA went perfect with all of our food and we’ll for sure be back again!
Our bartender Brooke today was incredibly helpful with the menu. Told us about the daily specials and what they contained. Recommended beers for us and had an awesome energy to help create a fun and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend coming in and sitting at the bar while she’s working!
