About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Best pizza we’ve ever had. period. Hats off to the fantastic staff serving people under a tent during these crazy times. Peel is by far me and my wife’s favorite place to eat. The food is always unbelievable- mostly because it’s actually real ingredients that are made fresh. The waiters & waitresses are always very friendly and take great care of you. Today was our 7th wedding anniversary and I couldn’t think of a better place to eat than Peel!
