About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

I must say the accommodations were great. The staff were wonderful. We even ate outside in the tent Which was very warm and comfortable . House salad and Italian sub are really good. They need to bring back the steak tacos. They were amazing! Owner needs to reconsider putting them back on the menu.

If you have not been to Peel this week you absolutely must. The Jagerschitzel is amazing. I rarely say say that a restaurant Is better than mine! But this is amazing. Great job Peel. Better than any Schnitzel you can get at Hofbrauhaus. Only available this week! 
Pizza is delicious and the soft pretzels oh boy... heaven. So good.
Good food & wine selection at reasonable price. Friendly service. Children Welcome.
