About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Absolutely love Peel! It’s a staple for every visit now that I’ve moved away from the St Louis area. It’s always my first stop not only because of the incredible food but because of the IMPECCABLE service. There’s nothing greater than a knowledgeable bartender, like Brooke, making you feel right back at home while giving you all the details on the new drink concoctions peel has come up with for that time of year! Brooke always provides this for my family and I And never fails to make each experience at peel an enjoyable one!
Mollie was our server at the Edwardsville location. We always come here for the Sunday brunch and she is always our server. She does a fantastic job at keeping our drinks filled and paying close attention to our needs.
Always loved coming here for dinner. The food is always incredible but what makes this establishment superb is the bartender Brooke. She is always extremely helpful with her beer recommendations and oh so polite. Come here for the food, stay here for the Brooke.
We live over an hour away now so we don’t get to have peel as often as we’d like to anymore but when we go back home we try and visit! Marie always takes GREAT care of us! Never do we have to wait for a refill and she always has a smile on her face. Great beer selection and yummy food!! You guys should think about a Springfield location!😉🙃
I went to the Edwardsville location and had a great experience, Marie was the best had great recommendation of the Chevre and it was delicious.
