About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

I had not been back to Peel in many years. Not a pizza lover, and back then the menu was pretty limited. Returned Friday night with family. Wow the Bourbon wings were amazing! I was hesitant to order the paella but took the plunge. A total surprise! Tastes like the one I make but theirs has more cumin.I will definitely go back and soon!

I hard to find location should not deter you from finding Peel Wood Fired Pizza. The custom build your pizza is always amazing. Craft beers,wings, prosciutto involtini and salads all up to a great dining experience.
Delicious pizza, friendly staff, cozy environment. The chicken gorgonzola was outstanding!
