About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Love this place. When I come visit my friends. I make sure we come eat here. Love the beer the food and great service!!!!!
We had a great visit. It was busy and there was a waiting list. There was some spaces at the bar, so we sat there and had our lunches and a couple of Peel beers. The bartender, Marie, was fantastic. She gave us tastes of a few different brews that we might be interested in. She was very thorough with the entire meal. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait very long in spite of it being busy. We'll be back!!!
My favorite place in the work when I come into town!! We took home $210 worth of food!! Chris England was amazing!!!
The person who made my food asked if I was pleased with my selection which I was. Very friendly

Bacon Potatoe Pizza was an inspired choice!! The Tirramesu OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
The food was great, as always! My son Ryan and I had the Maple Bourbon pizza and the Thai Chicken salad!
The Peel employees at the O'Fallon location are amazing and super nice!! The food is good too...
