About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Service sucked manager was horrible food was good but 6 people it took 40 minutes for each to get a drink
Love the outdoor patio seating. Its my Bike ridd lunch stop just off MCT trails. love the salad and pizza is amazing. usually a 20 minute wait on. Sat or Sun aftenoon. Beer flight is a great way to try out new beers!
We had a good experience here and the pizza, even leftovers we took home were good. Only thing this a problem, it's not in O'Fallon, MO! We will come again when able to get back in the area!
