About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Shrimp scampi pizza was delicious. Salads are great! A meal in itself. Always great food AND service.

Every time I am visiting back home from out-of-state, a tradition has developed for my friends and I to see a movie and go to Peel for dinner afterwards. Never have been let down there. Either location is great, tho E'Ville is the most frequented. Love the craft beers, unique gourmet pizza, and sweet desserts. The food and service is always good when we come here. This time it was no different but it's a 3 star for me due to the fact we had to wait almost 20 mins for a piece of cheesecake after our meal. We ended up taking it to go. It was delicious but wish there would have been time to eat it there.
