About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Best gluten free pizza !
This is my husband & my favorite date night spot! The salad & wings are my absolute favorite!! The pizza is great as well. We were so excited to take wings home on our last trip & my husband dropped the to go box on the way out. The hostess insisted on getting us new made. Completely unexpected, Amazing service!

Had a party of 7 people and the wait was not to bad. We had 3 different type of wings and all were very good. We ordered 8 or 9 different pizzas and we enjoyed each one very much. Would definitely recommend The Peel to anyone.
