About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Never disappointed when I dine at Peel. Clean, hip atmosphere with great waiter/waitresses. Today I had the DELICIOUS SHRIMP SCAMPI pizza. Salads are delicious and wings are superb.

We waited 45 plus minutes for a 25-30 minute wait. They seated at least 5 groups that came in after us where they could have seated us. Worst service I’ve ever had there. Will not be back.
I have a hard time finding food that i can eat this is great food and i dont like my pizza cut and they didnt it like i ask . I am so happy
