About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

First time ever last night and can't believe it took me that long to eat there boy have I been missing out great service and excellent food definitely a 5 star place to eat wings had excellent flavor pizza was fabulous

Been to both locations several times, but today was told in the O'Fallon location that I can't vape in there. Don't know about my fellow vapors, but there are plenty of places that I can go to eat and still sit at the table with everyone else a vape a little. I know they are not going to miss just me as a customer, but I will spend my money where it is most convenient for me!!!!
Really like Peel. It has some delicious food and great customer service. The only small downfall sometimes can be the wait.
