About this business

We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Family and I ate at the peel pizza in ofallon. Absolutely awesome food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Five star and two thumbs up!

Had my first ever "Peel experience" at your new O'Fallon location. Food and service were great but offer a couple of thoughts. Having your restrooms upstairs and a good portion of your diners downstairs was a detractor, despite your having an elevator. We were seated downstairs and felt repeated cold drafts run though the dining area. Not sure if that was caused by people coming in the front entrance, out the back door (if there is one), or a combination of both. Excellent service. Excellent food. It is worth the wait. It will get less crazy after they are open for a while. It shows that this area needs more locally owned restaurants and not just in Edwardsville area.

I had the house salad with the house dressing, amazing!! The mushroom pizza, very good. A soda to drink. My bill, with tip, came to 33dollars. It's a little pricey.

So why do you tell people over an hour when there are a lot of open tables. Sounds like they need better management and hire more staff.

Told 1 hour, waited 1 1/2 hours. Waiting area is much too small, nowhere to sit upstairs. Nice looking restaurant but not organized very well, employees and guests constantly running into each other. Two employees ran into each other and spilled food on a ladies head. pizza is pretty good. Had to pay $1.50 for Parmesan cheese which I feel is totally ridiculous. Food did not come out very fast. Ranch dressing was really good though. Might go back but won't stay if there is a long wait

We were a group of 11 people on a busy night. The staff,food and beer were great. We will be back in the future.
