About this business
We cook in a Mugnaini-built wood-burning oven. We use white and red oak for its clean taste, high BTUs (British thermal units) and mild ash bed. All of our pizzas, wings, appetizers, and entrees are cooked to perfection at a consistent 800 degrees. The blaze of the oven leaves its unique mark on all of our foods with a signature charred bubble on the crust of our pizzas, and an addicting caramelized char on our wood-fired wings.

Damn good stuff
Loved the salads and wings we had. Only disappointment was the lack of the brusselsprout leaf salad on menu
It's my favorite resturant! House Salad and Garlic Butter Wings are my regular choices!
Tonight was my first time eating here and it was delicious! The staff were very accommodating as well. I will be going back soon :)
One of the best pizza restaurants! They also have super salads and great draft beers.
Everything I taste is amazing. We love Peel! My only complaint is I wish there was more seating or a second restaurant to cut down on wait times!
