Whether it’s the service, parts, or sales department - the folks at Bob Utter Ford go out of their way to take care of their customers. I’ve been buying trucks from them for the last 20 years and am always pleased with the deal they give me as well as the service they provide. Come see them - you’ll be glad you did!
Hayden was helpful and the vehicle we bought was great but be prepared to be persuaded by sales and management staff to purchase car "protection" ($700) and extra warranty scams ($2500) in addition to paying highest book value price for the vehicle and receiving lower than your car's value in trade.
I bought a Kia Sportage few days ago. My salesman was Hayden Joeckel; he was amazing .He answered all my questions. He was extremely helpful and was one of the reasons why I decided to refer my aunt to get a car with Kia Crowley. I will definitely come back when I need to purchase another car. Five stars, extremely satisfied.

I have had the great fortune of buying 3 cars from Kia of Lincoln, I can tell you honestly that Tom Huff, in my opinion is one of the nicest, most honest sales people around, I would not have gone back for cars 2 and three if it were not for Tom. This is the second Kia I have purchased at Crowley Kia. Hayden Joeckle was my sales associate. He was very polite and courteous. I really wanted the copper color for my new 2019 Kia Sportage SX Turbo, but they didn't have any available on their lot. Hayden assured me he would find the copper-colored car me, and he did! I'm very pleased with the service I received from Hayden, Pete and Rob.

We traded our Ford escort in for a Kia Sorento and I love it. Tom Huff is a great guy we have been there for a recall and they loaned us a car. Tom always says hi when we are in for an oil change. I make it a point to drop off a Christmas card for him. He will get you a great deal just tell him Paula and Earl sent you.
