I called peak kia and talked to Victor Sena and was trying to get information on some of their inventory I had seen online. He was really easy to deal with and knew the answers to all my questions. After talking to him I was very comfortable choosing them as the place for my next car. Once I got to the dealership he was very kind and did not hastle or rush me at all which is really nice given some of the experiences I have had. I contacted Shannon Nicoletti last week looking for a new vehicle. He was quick, and very helpful. I have never had this great of service from any dealership that I have worked with. Having been in customer service for over thirty years I know excellence when I get it. Austin was looking out for my best interest from the moment we first spoke over the phone. I dealt with several dealerships and salepeople but Austin and Peak Kia were FAR above the rest. Come here first. They take care of the customer on every level, from sales to service. We purchased a Sorento. We worked with Matthew Sandoval. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating. Matthew answered every question in detail. Patience seemed to be his middle name! Buying a car can be a very unpleasant experience but Matthew and Peak Kia made that experience not only pleasant but enjoyable.
