I had many questions about pricing, what items I needed to have serviced and what I could a better price on elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the dealer price on brakes was pretty comparable to what I had paid through my personal mechanic. Prices on a battery were high, put overall, items hit at about where Eddie quoted. Eddie was very personable over the phone when I first spoke with him and then again in person when I dropped my Kia Soul off for service. I had a great experience at Spritzer Kia of Cleveland. They opened the door for us before we even got to the door, were very friendly, offered something to drink, and answered any questions we had. We personally dealt with Michael Rosado, and he was very helpful. Spritzer Kia was very different than other car places I've been to, it felt like we were family friends needing to buy a car. Highly recommend!
