I was in a real bind with not so good credit. Peak went above and beyond to get me into a GOOD vehicle that is dependable and not going to break my bank. I walked into the Peak Kia dealership on a Saturday just to check out the 2016 Sorento and find out a ball park trade in on my 2004 Sorento. I was greeted by Paul O'Farrell and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I wasn't ready to make a decision and he was OK with that - no pushy sales tactics as I have experienced with other dealers. Peak Kia was the third Kia dealer I walked in and although all three could give me the same deal I went with Peak because Joshua was such a pleasure to work with. His brother Matthew also helped and seemed to have endless knowledge of the Kia's.
For Christmas my husband took me to Peak Kia to get me a new winter capable car! I was so excited and the service I got from Lalo and Sophie just made it that much better. They were extremely comfortable to work with the entire time. We drove a couple different cars and I settled on a pathfinder. I love the new ride and welcome everyone to stop in and talk to Lalo and Sophie!
