Salesman, Rod Mills knows the product. Is straight forward with presentation of facts on the product. No over-promising on any points. Takes time to explain facts and is patient with questions. Have bought three Sarentos and an Optima from Rod and never knew him before our first purchase. Service department is 1st rate, always courteous on the phone and in person. They are always accomidating of our schedule and needs. Dealership's attitude is positive towards the customers and the product they are selling and servicing.
Larry and the staff at Kia of Lincoln were very kind. They helped me find a great car. Clearly explained the car's features and the financing, and synced my phone for me. I bought a Kia Soul. It's a fabulous car. Buying from Kia of Lincoln was a great experience. Thank you, Larry!
Bobby was great, after everything was done he sat in the forte with us and showed us what all the knobs and buttons did. I’ve never had a sales man do that

Called this morning for a shop appt. Today at 1:30. They did a tuneup and checked everything out in about 45 min. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Great experience
