I bought a Kia Forte three days ago. My salesman was Hayden Joeckel; he was amazing, very courteous, knowledgeable, and a great source of advice and information. He was extremely helpful and was one of the reasons why I decided to make business with Kia Crowley. I will definitely come back when I need to purchase another car. Five stars, extremely satisfied.
I had a very good experience at Crowley Kia. Their salesman Hayden Joeckle did exactly what he told me he could do and made financing my new car easy. On 01/26/19 I went in to buy a new 2019 Kia Sportage LX. The selection that Lawrence Kia has is second to none and I really like having a wide variety to choose from, both in colors and available options, when shopping for a new vehicle. I went to Crowley Kia because I wanted to buy a used suv that was listed on their website. Once I arrived I was told that it was sold the night before. I was alittle upset but Hayden was great!! He apologized for the inconvenience but helped me find another vehicle. He was friendly & patient with me. I would definitely recommend & return to see Hayden :)

I called Grand West Kia not knowing that there was a new location in the Mesa Mall. My wife and I went down and started looking around. The people who helped us, Dylan our salesman and Katie the sales manager made the entire process simple and easy. Being old school myself, I expected the hard sales approach. My 2006 Kia Sportage completely died on me on my way to work. I heard loud sounds under the hood so I knew something had to be seriously wrong. I had just gotten off the interstate and was blocking the whole off ramp. Thankfully I got it started and was only a couple blocks from my work parking lot.
