Albert Salib was fantastic! So professional and friendly. He did not make us feel pressured at all!
We were traveling in our RV and Bob Utter although busy got us in the same day we called and got us the number for a car rental and had our RV ready for us early the next morning. Roy took fantastic care of us, very kind and professional let us leave our rental car in their lot while we had to take our RV to yet another place to have a couple other things fixed ( Bob Utters worked on our engine). We highly recommend them to travelers and community alike! Thank you Roy and your technicians and your company!
I had a major engine fail in my Soul. Kia has done everything possible to help me with this. My car will be ready to go within about 10 days. I thank Ashley, and the shop staff for all they have done to help me get my car going (very soon)! I will be a lifetime Kia driver thanks to Kia of Lincoln and Ashley in the shop!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and Soul!

Had to call about 10 times to make the appointment. Kept getting voicemails, wrong departments, and hang ups. Finally made the appointment with a supervisor, showed up, waited for 2 hours and they tell me they don't have the part!!!
Work was done thoroughly and efficiently. Took my 2017 Forte in for scheduled oil change. Service manager alerted me to two recall notices and these were addressed as well. All personnel were cordial and professional.
Do not go to and avoid this dealer. Do not have cars they advertise even though they will send you a confirmation email stating the car is available for you to come and look at. Even tried to speak to a manager and he was not willing to speak with me and i was asked to leave the dealership.. This is after driving over 30 minutes to them to see the car they said and confirmed they had available. Very dishonest, bait and switch, and a very weak manager that just hides in his office.
