This service department went out of their way to assist me. My AC was having problems, the defect was commonplace in the 2011 to 2014 models but was felt to be no longer a concern. My 2016 had the identical problem and they went to bat for me to have it covered by the maker. Hat's off to a dealer who will stand up for me.
They are always prompt on their appointments and do the work in a timely fashion. Furthermore, they treat you so well and feel very confident on their service work. Brian is excellent to work with as your service advisor.
I recently traded in my 2006 Kia Sorento and bought a 2016 Kia Sportage. Will the salesperson was great! He took the extra time to show me all the new upgrades and technology since 2006. Even after I left the dealership when I had a few additional questions he was very helpful in answering them. I actually found this vehicle on Crowley's website. So my niece goes to buy a car here , the finance people, and sales people screw every part of the deal up, they let her take the car then chased her and her dad across 2 states cause they had to restructure a deal they screwed up on..she works nights so he and finance queen ranger phone til 1145 PM on sat night wanting things noone could get at that time of day.. now they make 4 trips to mass to have more paperwork signed during to there incompetence and JUST TODAY they make another trip to mass to harass her dad the cosigne... read more
