Matthew Sandoval first contacted me through email almost immediately after I sent in for an online quote on the Kia Soul. Shortly thereafter Matthew called me and of all the salesman I spoke with he was by far the most polite and genuinely seemed to care about my needs and helping to fulfill them. Peak Kia is dishonest. They pulled my credit (hard pulls) on three different days, two without my permission. This is called fraud and a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Their Manager, Brian Overton, was rude and dismissive. Steer clear of Peak Kia. It's a bad idea.

From start to finish this was by far my best car buying experience. Matthew Sandoval went completely above and beyond anything you would expect from a salesman.
