I recently bought a used Kia from here and the service was pretty outstanding. Lalo and Sophie were exceptional the entire time and I would recommend them. The selection was really good and there were plenty of options in my price range.
I lead a very busy life both professionally and personally so I did not want to get into any "back and forth haggling" situation at all. After getting a genuine salesman here I knew there was no where else I was going to buy from. I was not looking forward to car car shopping until I met Victor Sena and he took plenty of time to work with me even though I was a little reluctant. He was very knowledgeable of the inventory and understood how to properly treat a customer.
I don't think that I could have had a better experience than I did when I came in and worked with Shannon. There was never a time that I felt that he was pushy--he's a very genuine man who always had my best interests in mind. Every time I have dealt with Shannon he is so incredibly professional and knows exactly what I need. His customer service skills are absolutely top notch and I would recommend anyone to go see him! He is always so knowledgeable and quick with the process. I purchased my Optima a year and a half ago and I couldn't be happier with the services and care I've continued to receive.
