My husband and I did the accelerated hypnobirthing course with Janice, she was very flexible- and even let us make up a day when I was too sick to attend. It was very eye opening and gave both my husband and I a sense of empowerment. I'm due at any time now and although this is my first child and I am nervous, I feel ready to conquer my birth as naturally as possible. Thank you Janice!! Will update after our little man comes!! =]
