Janice's class is KEY to an informed birth, for all involved parties. It was incredibly empowering to practice what I learned in her class throughout my birth. It's hard for me to relax and with Janice's guidance, I felt like I had a calm birth without the "typical" screaming. RecommendedI attended Janice's Peaceful Birthing classes and learned so much! I ended up in a some what emergency situation with my birth. While I wasn't able to have the natural birth I was planning for, the information I had from this course allowed me to advocate for myself and speak up when "business as usual" was not the right path for me. Janice is knowledgeable, personable and wonderful woman!
Taking the Peaceful Birthing class was probably the best decision I made while pregnant. I learned so much and my eyes were opened to a really empowering point of view. Janice is amazing! We came to her during my second pregnancy and it was life changing. I honestly don't think I could have had the birth I did with out her classes. They don't just teach you about labor and delivery but they also teach you how to be an advocate for yourself and use your voice during your pregnancy and delivery. Janice is amazing. I had a c section with my oldest and I really wanted a natural /drug free birth for my second child. Someone recommended this class to me and it help me heal from the let down I felt from having a c section and it gave me to tools I needed to have a successful vbac. Last year we found out we were expecting twins, one this that I was most exciting to start doing in preparation for the twins was to listen to the Cds we got in class. This was a fantastic class! It was such a refreshing perspective and a real transformative experience for my husband and I as we prepared for labor. This class gave me confidence and words to describe what I felt all my life birthing should be. While it was an expensive class compared to what's offered at the hospital, it's well worth it if you can afford it. I only wish I found it sooner and could have skipped the time/money we spend on the other classes offered through the hospital!
My husband and I took Janice class and learned so much and has given us the confidents to want a natural fearless birth! I have enjoyed my pregnancy because of her helping me put all fears aside and to trust my body! We can't wait for our new bundle of joy and to have a peaceful birth! I higher recommend taking this class!
I love Janice! She teaches her peaceful birthing class with such passion & care. She truly wants the best for each family and baby. She is passionate about moms being informed and making the best decision for them. I loved the meditations in class... So helpful for fear release, visualization, and relaxation.
