My husband and I took the accelerated hypnobirthing class with Janice (because we live and hour and a half away). The wealth of information provided helped us to prepare for and make informed choices about our birth. Having this knowledge and learning the techniques helped me to stay calm during pregnancy and of course also during the birth. It helped my husband know what he could do to support me. I highly recommend Peaceful Birthing. Janice is an amazingly talented teacher possessing warmth, humor and an ability to communicate with the highest degree of professionalism. As an added treat, when we took her hypnobirthing course, was an evening when her equally friendly and well spoken husband stepped in to give the dads to be the male perspective. My husband really connected to this class and walked away even more balanced and with an even stronger connection to this journey we're experiencing.
