I purchased an ****** Dryer and Washer from PC Richards in **********, ** (over the phone) in Feb 2023. Two men showed up to deliver and install the appliances on 2/25 and immediately claimed my gas line was leaking (pointing to plumbers grease and calling it "wet"), but that I could pay them $175 cash to change the valve themselves. Disgusting customer service. I purchased a 75 inch *********** It was delivered on Friday, the guy that delivered it tested the tv it was working, I asked him to move it into my bedroom where Im going to put it . He moved it for me . When I plugged it in. The screen was cracked and tv wasnt working properly. I called and emailed pc Richard. They basically said the box is open and it is not their problem, when the delivery guy tested it it was working . Asking for it to be moved was my request therefore my fault . I had bought a tv from here and when I put it up and turned on the screen was cracked They did absolutely NOTHING for me after being a customer for Years and bought all appliances and first tv from there that only lasted 4 years I am now stuck paying for a brand new tv I cant use I will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher without problem! Installer came and told me he had to replace all the valves that to which the dishwasher was connected. Since we have a new kitchen, I questioned it and he said I would have to sign a waiver saying any water damage that occurred would not be his responsibility if I did not allow him to change all the valves. I know a little about plumbing but am not an expert. I suspected something fishy and said no. I asked my usual plumber to come over--which he did approx 15m after the install... read more

Pc richards. Com is the worst place to buy a **..they lie and say that if I don't like the ** because pixels are horrible after sending 3 techs out that I could bring ** back.to store to buy a better tv..now I call.asking to exchange ** for a better model and I was lied to! If I wasn't disabled on oxygen I'd gone to store myself so my aid seeing how color not right was ready to take me to the store to exchange it on Friday..now a manager in internet sales telling me I cannot exchange! This is the worst place to purchase any of product or service. I bought a mini fridge that was never delivered, then they lost the fridge almost two months later I requested a refund. I purchase a fridge 2 years ago and the fridge stopped working. Lost all my food, a day of working waiting for a technician who never showed. This woman named ***** who called me a liar and started the technician called refused to let me speak to a manager. Never buy from P.C Richards a waste of time and hard earn money. I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, **, location and the salesman, *****, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from ***** with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. If I could leave a "zero" star, I would. This store is the "worst" appliance/technology" that I have ever shopped at. I was in the market for an 85 inch Samsung TV. Unfortunately, **** *** was out of stock. I saw that PC Richard & Son had the product (I wonder why) and decided to purchase it from them. This was Thanksgiving weekend. Poor customer service, delays and incompetence. I received an email confirming the time of a delivery, then waited at home for the delivery. The delivery never came and I was never contacted. I then sent an email to customer service who responded your product is no longer available, and offered options to switch the product or wait several weeks. I sent a reply in which I explained that that had already contacted me confirming the product was being delivered, and they have not respond to this second inquiry for over 2 weeks.
