I went to the lake grove on long island . Salesman was ************************* and he was so knowledgeable of all the machines i was looking at. Very smart and kind and found me what was good for my family. Thanks **** and PC Richards once again. Ive been going to them for all my appliances for years

Buyer be warned! The company is very disorganized and working off of outdated technology tools which results in the inability to efficiently track deliveries, refunds, credits, previous communications with customers. Sales teams and managers are not professional or helpful in resolving billing problems(error on their part). ***************** patience and empathy are seriously lacking here. I went into the store located in central ave in ******* and waited and waited until I left because no one came to help me. Simlply wanted to purchase an iPad and the workers saw me and asked for help and no one came by! This is terrible for any business to conduct such manner to a customer

Wish I could leave 0 stars. ****************** has the worst service. They take forever to answer or call back. I've had them come out 4 times to fix my ******* fridge for ice maker issue and water leaking. Issues were never resolved. Parts changed and same issue. Now my wood floor is messed up and there was mold. I have 3 small kids and I am done with this. Every time I get a 4 hour window and take off of work, they come an hour or 2 after. My mom bought a stove from PC Richard only 3months ago and already we are having problems with the stove. When we turn on the oven it takes for ever to light and when it does light only half of it ignite, leaving gas to seep out. We call PC Richards and I was told they would have to send a outside contractor to fix the stove due to the fact they don't have workers to fix appliances. The outside contractor came out he was rude an had no idea what he was looking at. My whole problem with this is why at only less then 4 months ... read more

I bought A new ** from them only to get it home and find out that the ** did not work. Brought it back to the store and exchange it for another one that ** lasted about three months before it ******* out and died. They sent a service tech out to evaluate the ** he said the ** was absolutely no good and told me I shouldve bought a better brand. For over 30 years I have been a loyal customer if ************************* without incident. Until now, I purchased a Beko fridge in March 2022 and it completely stopped working last Saturday . **************** was closed over the weekend and when I call to schedule a service call under the warranty the earliest they could send someone to look at it is June 27.... Damaged my floor installing a refrigerator I purchased from them. Would not replace the flooring and offered me 1/3 of the cost to repair the damage. A total disgrace and would never do business with them again. So much for their motto.. honesty, integrity and reliability.
