The top cover/panel on my ******* Washing machine is rusted and that rust drips into the tub and onto the clothes. That part is defective and P. C. ***************************** will not replace it. I have a extended warranty with P. C. ***************************** and they refuse to honor the warranty to replace that part.
Do not buy anything from PC Richards. I bought an AC (******* *********) in Oct. and the installer caused damage to my apt. I have called more than a dozen times and have been given the run around every time. Some guy named **** in claims/damage **** never returns calls or follows up. I am told every time I call that someone will call me back by "the end of day". I had mistakenly thought PC Richards was a good company. HOW WRONG I WAS. BUYER BEWARE.

To all.. I would like to start by saying that I will never be buying anything from PC Richard and son ever again. The worst customer service have ever had to deal with it. My mom bought 3 sets of washer and dryer. Two of the sets were leaking and dryer makes a very loud noise. When we contact them it took them 3 months and were still no where. I bought a ******* washer 03/17/2017 with a 10 year extended warranty. My washer started making extremely loud noises while in spin cycle like a JET ENGINE. It ended up the tub baring went bad. I had the new tub baring replace this past April 2021. Just this past September, the same loud sound came back. I been writing emails and speaking to many different people at Pc Richard and I am getting no where for two years! They came to Service my refrigerator and they didnt do a good job cause they made another leak that mess up my kitchen that was just redone. There was water damage. Very unfortunate experience. The very short of it is that I was sold an appliance package on the premise that the particular brand had no wait time and at the most would ***********-8 weeks. After 5 months, we were still missing the stove and my weekly/biweekly check ins were always left at "We're getting some in next week." Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Too much to type, but we we bought a DW, a W/D and a Refrigerator to be delivered. The only thing they are good at is taking your money. Had installation problems galore, late delivery times, wrong items sent but never picked up and when we did finally get the correct W/D it came out of the box totally dented! Pray to the good Lord that they do not damage your home when they install or deliver. The installer who installed our dishwasher damaged our pipes and the damage was documented by 5 different technicians (head of maintence for our complex, 2 ***** technicians and a ***** certified service person, all in writing.) To be honest, I wasn't fully sure they would take responsibility until they sent their own installer out to look at the situation who not only documented the damage, but encouraged us to file a claim with the damage... read more

I bought a microwave way KitchenAid At pc Richard and I bought a warranty for any problem, they would fix it for me but I have already 2 months waiting for them to fix it and they have come 2 times and see what the problem is and they always tell me that they are going to order parts and 2 times they have done.
