I purchased a ** online. It was delivered and after the delivery people left. I set up the ** and there was 3/4 of the right side of the ** was completely black. I called PC Richard and was told it was a cable problem. The cable company came out and said the inside was cracked, it was not a cable problem. I called PC Richard back and was told there was nothing they could do. This company is the worse to deal with. The delivery drivers are very rude and Unprofessional. Please I would never do business with them again.
Horrible communication between store and customer and bad delivery notifications
This company used to be good. They dont care about about the customer. You will get a phone call. But nothing more. They make excuses. They blame fellow workers at the company. But bottom line. They rip you off. Dont care how your treated by their installers who are rude. And definitely dont care about women.
I had. 6 ac units installed. When the installers came. I never felt scared in my own home. The installer asked if I just wanted silicone thrown around the units I said I wanted it done right. They did a ****** job. I had paid Pc Richard **** for installation. After they were done the men demanded cash. ******. I dont have that laying around. He said your not paying Pc Richard. When it was finally delivered, it stopped working after just two uses. I called for service and PC Richard said that it has to be serviced by *****. They gave me a number. LONG STORY SHORT: I have an LG refrigerator bought at this location. It is still in warranty and stopped working 5 weeks ago. 3 technicians came in and they have not fixed it. I have spent TIME (on the phone, going to the store, and going every day to the supermarket), and extra MONEY as I can't plan a weekly meal for my family. This has been for more than 5 weeks. VERY frustrated. Don't waste your time and money.

I have been trying to get a washer delivered from PC and Sons appliance company and was given a delivery date of July 31, 2021. The was order went through Tri-County. I waited home all day and called the company 3 times for a delivery window time. The first person I spoke with said between 11:30 am to 2:30 PM and no show.
