What a terrible company! My dryer has been broken for now five months and I got it less then a year ago. It worked for only five months. They have not fixed it, replaced it and all we hear is we don’t know when they will fix it. If they can’t fix it they should replace it. I’m a nurse and need clean scrubs to keep myself and my family safe. They don’t care about their customers.... it’s disgusting.

Their customer service and warranties are worthless as they take over a month to attempt to fix broken appliance. Still awaiting two weeks to get appointment and so far two weeks to wait for part and maybe another two weeks to have someone come back to repair.

Purchased a 65" LG TV from this dealer, and had them deliver. Once I unbox it, plug it in, I find the screen is cracked. They send a repairman out, and he simply verified the screen is cracked. Said it was not covered by warranty. Tough luck. They will not replace it or take it back, he says. Will never do business with this outfit again. Both the repairman and customer service on the phone seemed to simply not be friendly at all.

I'm justa ordinary consumer who has been shopping at your company for many years. I have never had a problem with P.C. Richards until November of 2020. I bought my wife a mac pro 16" for Hanukkahand Christmas. when i gave it to her she really liked it until she used it and it started getting very hot and slightly burnt her leg. the next day I went to return it and was told to return to Apple directly. Absolutely worst service experience ever! Called 12/2 when my 2 year old Samsung stove stopped lighting - 3 weeks for a service appointment and when the guy comes he doesnt have the part - apologizes and says it's a standard ignitor but didn't have one on the truck. He orders it, and says it should be a day or two and he would be back as soon as the part was in. I called on status and learned their parts supply "closes for a week at Christmas". PC Richard customer service is atrocious!!! They literally hang up on you because they don't want to help. I received my washer weeks ago and the delivery men refused to haul away my old one (which I paid to have done). I have emailed or called customer service more times than I can count and not 1 person has followed through or been willing to help. I'll never buy from PC Richard again!!
