Over a months delay on a scheduled delivery. Richards has a 40% deposit doesn’t return phone calls and repeatedly gives false delivery information . I have so far waited three times, three days and still have not received my new dishwasher. A terrible experience and feels of helpless in dealing with this totally unbelievable company !!! ** *****

The worst customer service at the *******, NJ location. Very unprofessional. My parents purchased an AC in July of 2020. Not even a year later, in June of 2021, it starts blowing hot air. My mom called PC Richard and was told she had to call the warranty company. After numerous calls to the warranty company she was told that the earliest they could come was a week later. I have been waiting for screws so the repairman can come back and fix my oven. All I received was a runaround. I finally received a call from PC Richards to let me know that the screws were finally in. I kept telling them that I need my oven (which only takes 10 minutes to repair). Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the repairman to come to my home. This is outragious and I want action ASAP.

Andy was incredible! Helped us with picking out the best appliances for our needs. Highly recommend PC Richard and Son for all your electronics, appliances and bedding. Fantastic experience! P.C. Richard's - Horrible customer service! More than eight weeks ago, I placed an online order to purchase a refrigerator. I received an email confirmation that indicated that my order would be delivered in a few weeks. After two weeks, I contacted customer service, and was told that the refrigerator would be available after May 10th. When there was no contact from PC Richard and Son, I placed another call. i am in the middle of the worst retail nightmare i have ever experienced. i have received 3 defective washing machines from p.c. richard in 6 weeks. if you think getting those replacement machines,broken or not, was easy, think again. at least 10 phone calls for each failure was necessary to get a replacement. the third machine actually worked for a few weeks, then inexplicably died. i had to make yet another 6 or so phone calls to expedite a repair appointment. apology? even a pretense of trying to make their own mistakes r... read more

Worse company. I bought a washer/dryer and made it very clear, what I need (frontload, 110 voltage etc.) I even have it written down on the receipt. And hauling away the old machine. I received a top load with 230 voltage. The PC Richard installer drove away without even taking the old machine with them. I had to call customer service more than 10 times before someone took care of my situation. They had no washer/dryer in the warehouse. I have never tried to work with such an incompetent company. Getting shuffled from person to person, constantly on hold, getting hung up on. I was finally able to put in my order over the phone and used ***** Pay. 6 hours after I placed the order for same day delivery, I get an email saying it's cancelled with no explanation. I call them and they say it's because they are having trouble with ***** Pay. They can't do same day orders anymore. Even though it's their fault they cancelled it.
