After spending hours and thousands of dollars in the *****************, we settled on appliances for our home. We purchased a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer. I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher ********** for $622 that was delivered on 3/10/21. In October of 2021 the dishwasher started leaking and I phoned PC Richards to schedule a service call. They came out on 11/10/21, then again on 11/22/21, then on 12/6/21, then on 12/31/21, then on 1/10/22 then on 2/18/21. Not once has my issue been resolved. Terrible customer service and no accepting of responsibility! Back at the end October of 2021, I had purchased and installed a Beko dishwasher from the clearance section, only to find out that it was broken and did not work. Hi, I am very upset and disappointed with pc Richards. I bought a *********** fridge in 2015. For the past 2 months I have been contacting them to come and fix it because the fridge is not cooling. 4 techs came and couldnt find the issue with the fridge. Great products and prices. Delivery/services are the worst and the drivers have terrible customer service. I paid in full for brand new appliances and requested an install. The time slots for the services are inaccurate. Richard and son customer service *****, we got a refrigerator delivered damaged doors, they say that they ordered doors for it, been 5 months, customer service is rude to customers, guess customers are always wrong. My overall rating is zero stars. I am totally disgusted with PC Richard & Son and their customer service representatives. I ordered a Hotpoint mini refrigerator and I opened the box and noticed that the refrigerator door had a huge dent in it. I contacted the company and was told that being that it has been over 30 days there wasn't anything that could be done to assist me. I didn't know that I had to rush to open my merchandise.
