I bought multiple kitchen appliances from PC Richards in the past year. Many of them have had issues and dealing with the customer service reps is a nightmare. During a June 2022 purchase of a Beko refrigerator, the ** Richard salesman offered me a $300 rebate. He printed a webpage with the phrase, Purchase one of the following models and get a $300 discount. When I filed the rebate request with Beko, they told me that the salesman was incorrect. That rebate only applied to the purchase of three appliances. I bought the product with the knowledge that I would get $300 back, and I was misled by ** Richards sales tactics. I wouldn't have made the purchase without the rebate.
I wish that I read these reviews before purchasing from this co. I have had nothing but trouble with a refrig I purchased from them. First it froze everything and now it does not get cold enough. After being serviced 6 times, I insist on a refund, which the company will not issue. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

I purchase a whirlpool fridge in December 2021. One month after the bulb blow. I reach out to the company numerous times, explaining the bulb is not to s**** in, it's a plug in because it have two pins at the end. They keep sending their technicians with the wrong bulb, I have about four of the same. On one occasion while speaking to a customer service representative, he asks to send him a picture of the bulb and one of the compartment in the fridge where the bulb is located, I did. This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered!!! They transfer you around to 3 to 4 different people before you talk to someone and then they wouldn't accept their product back because I happen to set up the laptop before I can even know that I am happy with it !!! They're policy is once you set up the computer they can't take it back !!! Like factory reset doesn't work !! These people are crooks and I will never ever use them for anything !!! They are the worst !!

I have been a lifelong customer of this business having purchased appliances and electronics for myself and others. This month, that ended. Our 3.5-year-old refrigerator broke in early June. **************** ordered the parts and assured us a technician would come to our home to make the necessary repairs.
