The hood was delivered and upon opening the box I could immediately tell that this was an item that had been returned. There was no packing in the box and the hood was damaged and scratched. I am very disappointed. I have had a pc Richard credit card for a few years now. I've always made on time payments. Out of no where they canceled the card. No warning! just off! No other card companies have done this to me. People have *** and downs in life. Good companies run by decent people don't turn. Their backs on those who supported them in better times. I'm not perfect but I did this company No wrong. I didn't deserve this. I will never support or shop your stores again.

On February 17, 2022 I went to pay my remaining balance on my PC Richards credit card to pay the total balance and I gave an employee named ******* in cash $2,000 and she processed the payment as $600 which is not the amount I actually wanted to be paid. I believe and suspect this employee stole my money and took advantage of me on that day.This employee isnt honest and I want help to investigate and solve this situation. The worst experience of my life dealing with PC Richards. Brand new ******* dishwasher a year old, no longer works, I also purchased seven other appliances at same time. Not having done my homework but the salesman pushed ******* for whatever reason, but now I realize its not a good appliance. So I put my trust in him, and I do regret that. I purchased an $11,000 Viking Refrigerator From PC Richards which was delivered February 2021. The refrigerator has NOT BEEN working since and had to buy another Refrigerator from PC Richards to sit in the dining room which we are using to store our food.
