Last week i bought a refrigerator from pc richards on **** ******in manhattan. The sales guy said it was available for delivery after 7/27/2021. Any sane person would think that meant a few days after. No! I just received an email saying the fridge will arrive 8/28/2021 yes fours weeks from now. I checked my reciept and did say they promise to deliver within 12 weeks of purchase. Ridiculous, why they don't fix this is beyond me. They mus loose so much business. When many business deliver within a week.

Bottom line: I wish I would’ve researched more on the company I was buying from. I came in looking for a washer and dryer set. I wrote down the dimensions of the space I had available, the size of the apartment and the overall side details needed. After asking alot of questions (general and specific) my parents and I chose the LG washer and dryer and it was scheduled to come as the renovations on my apartment finished. They are the very worst and unprofessional company I have ever experienced. I bought a refrigerator for my mother a few days ago. They gave me a window to deliver from 7am to 11am on 7/16/2021. I had my mother waiting for it and I also paid to remove the old refrigerator. It never got delivered and the delivery guy showed up and said that the new refrigerator is broken. He sent me a picture where it clearly shows that he kicked the back plate in order for him to not do his job and then he said that he will deliver it today (... read more

I had a bad experience with PC Richardson. I ordered a refrigerator and a mattress with an adjustable base. The sales associate was very nice. On delivery day they told me both refrigerator and bed was being delivered the same day different trucks. I did not have a problem with the refrigerator being delivered. They came put it in no problems came within the time frame. For the bed. That is where the problems started. I was stuck home all day because I was told they will be at my house by 5:15 they actually came after 9pm. W... read more

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PC RICHARD! We have been PC Richard customers for over 25 years, as well family members for more than 35 years. We purchased an LG refrigerator, Model #LFX31925ST from their ********* NY location back in 2011 with a five year warranty. Come 2016, right before the warranty expires, the compressor stops working leaving me with a fridge and freezer full of food that I now have to throw out. would never purchase another appliance at P.C.Richards. customer service sucks. it took 6 weeks to fix a washing machine now 3 weeks later same problem and cannot come to fix for 1 month. this review is for P.C.Richards located in ******* CT.

Is it possible to give less than a 1 star rating? I had a horrible experience with a PC Richard retail location in my neighborhood on the Upper Westside of Manhattan. Having purchased a not inexpensive refrigerator, I watched, on the day it was delivered, as all my groceries rotted on my kitchen counters. All I'd been told (by the man who delivered it) was to wait an hour before using the new fridge. Four hours later the main compartment was still not getting cool. I ordered a mattress with in home delivery. The afternoon before the scheduled delivery I got an email saying the delivery would arrive some time during the day starting at 7am. I called and explained that I work all morning and will be available from 2pm. I then get a message saying my delivery have been scheduled from 10am to 1pm. I called again and was told the change would be made. Then on the day of the delivery I get a call at 10:05am saying the delivery has arrived. The store located at ***** ******in Brooklyn, NY has some of the most incompetent employees I've ever had to displeasure of meeting. To make matters worse, their attitude is poor. An employee there named Kim is especially rude. Lies are constantly being told and clearly the store doesn't communicate well since they can't keep track of their lies. The delivery system is an absolute joke and should be looked into because I'm sure the drivers and getting paid a full days wage for working maybe 2 hrs. I will do my best to discou... read more
