Bought a 55” Samsung TV with extended warranty. Had tv for 2 1/2 years n tv not working. Called for service n was told tv needed a new mother board. Waited a week for the new board n was replaced. 2 weeks later same thing happened. Service tech said we needed s new mother board again as first one was defective. Waited another week service tech came with new mother board n same thing happened. Now they said they have to order parts n they will advise when it will be available. This company has THE worst possible customer service you can imagine . Do NOT do business with them . A customer representative told me I was supposed to receive my refrigerator the week of April 13 and We are just now getting our item . I was okay with that . Then on the day of delivery which was today , they don’t offer any assistance with transporting the refrigerator to the kitchen. They literally left it on the porch and told my spouse that they don’t help with lifting it pass the threshold . Tried to call and file a co... read more

I purchased a Samsung TV and paid additionally for installation. The TV was hung on my wall, but the manufacturer's remote control does not change channels. PC Richard's has disclaimed responsibility to correct the problem. I highly recommend that they be avoided.

I placed $2,400 order online, item was shipped and I got the shipping label with the wrong address. "Fine, I can just call either the company or *** to change it"; I called the company and they tell me they're going to return it and re ship it and they would call me back with an update.. Had a part for washer and dryer on order since Dec 7. 2020 Twice upon delivery part was damaged. Third delivery part didn’t fit. Was told after an hour on the phone that was the part for the machines I had. Obviously the salesperson was wrong. Asked for my money back which was over $400 that they received in Dec.2020 it’s now April 2021.

Finally received the product, but delivery experience was horrible. First of all I took my day off from work to receive the product but delivery said it will first be in for 11-1pm then 1230 then I get a phone call stating that they will be running late 2-3pm. When delivery showed up it was 3:15pm. Delivery guy first threaten that the will not uninstall my old machine and wont deliver if the product is uninstall. Its been 7 weeks since I ordered new laundry machine. Only thing their saying is they dont have it stock. On the receipt it states that it can take up to 12 weeks but who will ever expect their product to deliver after 12 weeks since the purchase date
