I purchased a Traeger grill from P.C. Richard & Son on Father's day. I received the grill but components are missing. I contacted P.C. If you do decide to buy an appliance from pc Richards do not buy the extended warranty because it is absolutely worthless. It takes weeks to make a service call and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone that cares about you or your business you might as well take the extended warranty and wipe your *** with it

MY LG dryer, is 10 months old. I had to schedule a service because it is not heating up. When I scheduled the appointment, I provided the error message, picture of serial and model numbers and waited two weeks for Edward, technician to show-up. I assumed that with all of the information I provided, my dryer would be fixed on the spot. Yesterday we had an appliance delivered. The delivery truck RIPPED OFF HALF THE TREE in front of our neighbor's house!!! How can the driver be so stupid and blind! They said it was the town's tree, so big deal. Really? We watched them plant that tree fifteen years ago and saw it grow to a big, healthy flowering pear. Purchased an oven and numerous other appliances for new kitchen in 2017. Purchased warranty for all appliances. In August 2020 our knobs to turn on oven froze up and two burners would not work either on our Beko stove. PC Richards is not telling their customers that the black stainless steel kitchen appliance will peel and if extended warranty is not purchased per manager Rob, nothing can be done. Service department will not fix the issue, Samsung has asked to contact PC Richards, with no assistance from store managers. Ordered a Dishwasher with installation and haul away. They delivered the dishwasher, then the next week showed up to install it. I was told they needed a 10 foot hose, not the 6 foot hose they brought. They told me to call a plumber and promptly left. While I called the company about this, the hold music telling me they have certified installers for any job was very ironic. They told me sorry and refunded the install cost so now I have a boxed dishwasher sitting in the kitchen. Total scam.

Do Not Purchase from this store! Negative customer service and dishonesty. The washer Avanti portable Washer 0.84 Cubic Foot washer in white $242.97 was wet on the outside, the lining inside of the washer was dirty, red marks inside of the washer and the instructional manual had mildew. There is also a strong mildew odor when the washer was opened. Currently waiting for a return on this product.
