I attempted to make a purchase and needed it to be price matched. Buyer beware!!!We have bought all our appliances and TVs from PC Richards for over 30 years. We bought a ********** we live the product its our 2 nd in 30 years. Well we took it home carefully put iron the stand. 4 days later my husband noticed a black spot on the bottom left corner while watching a hockey game PS the screen is lighter in color than a movie screen. Our refrigerator died with no warning, and we needed a new one right away. My husband found one at P.C. Richard in ********** **, and it was scheduled to be delivered the following day. We got a call that the delivery truck were 17 minutes away, and we waited. 30 minutes later, the truck pulled into our driveway. The first word we heard was FU$&!, as one of the guys opened up the the truck. For 20 minutes he was on his phone in our driveway. Do yourself a favor and never EVER buy ANYTHING from this company. EVER. It is completely unacceptable how they treat their customers when there is a warrantee claim. Technicians who not only misdiagnose problems, but return to your home with wrong parts over and over. We have been without a working refrigerator going on 2 weeks (because of technician error) and they cannot expedite service. So my family of 5 (on minimum income) continues to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Unacceptable. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I have been buying appliances from PC Richards in NY and ** for about 20 years including a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and most recently a dishwasher in ********* **. The salespeople have all been knowledgeable and helpful and the installers and delivery staff have also been excellent. All this with a good selection and very competitive pricing! .

Do not use this company! I recently ordered an iPod touch from them, as I heard that Apple was no longer making them. After 10 days I never got a shipment confirmation so I called them. Turns out they dont have any. I had already paid them. Im not sure when they wouldve ever got in touch with me. They refunded my money but now iPod Touches are way too expensive for me to afford as the price has gone through the roof.
I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher 6 months ago PC Richard serviced my appliance 3 times already each time they claimed its fixed. I scheduled n appointment for today they gave me a time frame of 7am -7pm I took a day off work for this appointment. At 6:21 I received an email stating my appointment has been canceled and I need to reschedule. Pc Richards and son give ****** service i would not recommend anyone doing business with them ever.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with a consumer goods company. I ordered a refrigerator in March 2021. It was not delivered until February 2022 (covid, supply chain, blah, blah). The unit arrived damaged and had to be returned. The second unit arrived early May. The delivery team said they did not have enough manpower to bring the unit in.
