I purchased a gas stove it was delivered damaged and refurbished. there was exposed wires on the top of stove it also had the wrong back plate covers the rubber gasket for the stove was old and dry. damage to the enamel top left corner of stove. why would you deliver a damaged stove to customer. yes they did replace the stove but you don't treat your customer with disrespect and a slap in the face with a damaged stove. last time going there. PC RICHARDS **** BAYRIDGE.
I've been having an issue with service. I e seen 5 service men and they have changed parts 3x. To no avail nothing has been fixed it's Sept 23rd and they decided to send another person other then replace it. Finally after taking to cooperate in getting a replacement however I have to buy a new warranty. The terms of the warranty are of they replace item that satisfies term every though I have 5 more years. Read fine print people. Be careful when purchasing warranties read everything.
Where do I start. I purchased a ******* washer machine on march 3 2023. I purchased a five year warranty and with tax everything came up to ****. Now in September we are hearing a loud banging noise on the spin cycle. I go downstairs to investigate and the washing machine is in the middle of the floor and the detergent liquid dispenser is on the floor and all the clothes that were on top of the machine is now on the floor. We ordered through a salesperson in *********** a Whirlpool washer/dryer unit on Aug 20th. Both units were delivered to our home on August 23rd. Within 7 days we realised that the dryer was leaking. The installer did not attach a hose to the drain pipe and the water had been leaking damaging my floor to a point where they need to be replaced. On Aug 31st the salesperson was notified and a pipe/hose was sent to us and delivered Sept 7 which we attached to a bucket that was placed on top of the dryer unit to collect the water.... read more

after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I needed my oven fixed and they were horrible! I will never buy anything here again!
BUYER BEWARE. Do not shop there. I originally ordered a Maytag set from P.C. Richard and Sons. When they called me to discuss my order they said they didnt have any available for immediate delivery. They could get me GE instead immediately. The dryer ended up being a problem that was a 3 week delay (I had to take 3 days off work for deliveries scheduled with them in the process). I want to say that I had an excellent experience with Hasseeb at *******. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also I originally went to Atlantic location ***** was professional with excellent customer service. Both were helpful in my decision in buying my replacement refrigerator.
Warning ?? before you buy anything from PC Richard&Son I bought ac unit for over 2 000$ and within 2 months it was defected ,was making noise very loud I couldn't sleep or rest, so I had to turn it off and suffer the hot night. I called numerous times for help and service, every service man who came said they don't see anything wrong until the 6t time the service man noticed the sound only because I recorded on my cell phone.
