Worst experience, I have a scheduled a technician to come to my house to fix ******** from 8 to 12 it was past 12 and I called the company they say that they will send an email to see where was the technician, but nobody called me back and the technician never showed up??Im So disappointed because I lost my whole day waiting for them to come to fix my range.

Recently we needed warranty work done on our 2023 Keystone Passport. We can't tell you how happy we are with the work. ******************************* (the service manager) took care of everything, no questions ask. Despite the fact that the service department was swamped, he made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. At the completion, he walked us through all of it and made sure we were happy with it.A big thank you to *********** especially ****!
The worst company ever My mom bought a new washing and it doesnt work She has warranty and they dont want to do anything about it She has not able to enjoy the machine When she first received it there was some water inside They told her oh its new we cant change it A technician came 3 times and nothing They tell my mom one thing and tell the store another thing THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought a fridge from PC Richards and son.It lasted two months now the fridge does not work our food is spoiled and we have to throw food out. we contacted them and now we are getting the run-around. They give us credit but they will not give us a new fridge.

I purchased an ** washer and dryer less than 2 years ago with a service warranty. Mid-October when we needed it the most the washer stopped working as we recently moved my 92 year old father in-law into our home as he was ill and could no longer live in his own home. I bought a Flex EZZ 8 months ago and now I'm getting bed bugs from it and I have to keep spraying alcohol around the Flex EZZ frame and the specialist stated that bed bugs don't come with the warranty and I'm a breast cancer survivor
This company is the absolute worst, and so does their warranty. I shouldve bought my appliances from *********** After a year of using my $3000+ ******* refrigerator, the compressor went bad. Its been going onto 3 weeks and theyre telling me that the part is backorder and cant give me an ETA. I have 2 little kids who needs milk everyday and cant even prep their lunches for school.
