The staff was very caring and sweet. The facilities were very nice. Toby, the dog they had there, was a great comfort. They made doing something awful a little less awful.
We were blown away by the services offered. Our sweet little Koko will be forever remembered. The wood box / urn was very nice (much nicer than anticipated) and the paw print and lock of fur were wonderful mementos. Turn around time was speedy. The relationship w/ our local vet made the whole process a breeze.
Very sweet, caring, and compassionate staff. They take time to make sure you are comfortable with the care they will take of your loved one when in their care. I would recommend their services to anyone considering pet cremation. I visited the covington branch.
Not only have they treated my beloved pets who have passed with the utmost love and respect but my family as well. They have helped us through our grief with their on site grief counsel group. Forever grateful

The people at PW&W really care. They have integrity and compassion. I hate to have to reccomend the service but when the time comes, I send everyone to see them.
My wife and myself have used this company and have referred them as well. This company cares for the pet and pet owner and is sympathetic in the loss of the loved one. They go out of their way to help with the loss. I encourage you to check out Christine Hunsaker's video, this is her feeling toward all pets and pet owners.
**COVINGTON, GA LOCATION** First time having one of my babies cremated & will never ever have it done again! The grieving has started all over again! I have been waiting on a phone call since the 19th to pick my urn. I find out today my baby is already back at the local vet & no foot print was ever done. Very very disappointed & heartbroken!
