I love the staff, they are very professional and they are also very caring and empathetic with the customers. They do great work and they run a clean facility. I recommend this too any owners who had a pet passed away who they loved dearly.
What exceptional service we received at PWW. From the moment my daughter and I walked into the Covington location on a Saturday Morning to make arrangements to the actual service on Monday, Pam greeted us with a warm smile and went out her way to help us during this difficult time. I can't say enough nice things about Paws, Whiskers and Wags. They make a difficult time so much easier. The respect they show for our beloved pets is amazing and comforting.
It was a blessing to have such a wonderful place and people to help and comfort me during the passing of my golden lab, Chase Manhatten. They picked him up from my home in a stretcher, as if for a human, and were very professional, respectful and caring. Then, during the cremation part of it, they were vey compassionate, patient and thorough with the process. I was very surprised and relieved to see such emphasis towards my pet and myself. I will never forget their comfort, support, and understanding. Thank You!
