One of the most horrible days in my life happened on April 20th. My best friend, Tootsie, the sweetest kitty in the world, left us. He gave us all of his love and his little heart gave out. I had heard of Paws, Whiskers and Wags from friends, and I knew that was where we would take Tootsie. The folks were just amazing. They were kind, gracious, understanding, and so very caring. We went to the Decatur location on Saturday morning with our little guy. He passed at 5:30 am that morning. We were at a lose with what to do and they made things a little easier. They were so kind and compassionate during our time of need. Our Chihuahua was 12 years old and big part of our family. I called before they were open and they called us back very quickly. The emergency vet who had my sweet Annabelle when she died said they use Paws, Whiskers, and Wags for cremation services. The vet handled getting my little angel to Paws, Whiskers, and Wags so I didn't have to drop her off. The lady who called to confirm the desired services was very kind and compassionate. I paid via credit card over the phone and she provided a timeline for services to be completed.
