A truly wonderful place! One of the most saddest moments of my life was when I had to bring my dog here but Brooke at the Covington location made it such an easy process and walked me through every step. She is one of the kindest people I've met. A true God send. The place is spotless warm and welcoming. Very professional. I highly recommend. Thank you again Brooke for all you did for me.
We recently lost our dear sweet Manny Bear after 15 years. What an amazing, fast and sweet service they provided! We had no idea what to expect and they went above and beyond our expectations! A paw print and locks of hair and our box of sweet ashes! Highly recommend!

While we were in India, our beloved Meera died bc I was forced to make alternative arrangements when the pet sitter she was at gave me a hard time. She ran away from the place I had her transferred till I get back. She was hit by a car and in a ditch! I had luckily gotten a text in India and quickly made arrangements through my close friend who chose you to cremate our beloved Meera! We lost our beloved Rajah today, at a tender age of 4 years and 4 days to cancer. Our vet recommended PWW and we are thankful to you all for helping us through our heartbreak with grace, kindness, and professionalism. The biggest gift we received was one of empathy. Emily was attentive to all our questions and needs, and was incredibly delicate in working us through the process and our options. We chose to visit, witness, and wait and in the end our time at PWW was very cathartic for us.

Had to say goodbye to my kitty this morning took her to them and Emily was amamzing she made me feel at ease knowing that kitty would be taken care of til monday when i pick her up
My sweet Kashmir passed November 22. He was 16 and had been with me his whole life and almost half of mine. He was my best friend and truly my child. Thank you for treating Kashmir and me with compassion, respect, and dignity. You made the process as easy as possible and made me feel comfortable, that you cared and truly understood my pain and grief. I love that you have a memorial for our pets. Thank you for being so compassionate and easy to work with through this difficult time.
