It feels a little weird how like a human process it is to work with this place -- but on the other hand, that's also exactly what I need. I trust that my "loved ones" have as respectful and kind an experience here as they possibly could.
We lost our 15 yr old Yorkie, Delilah, almost a week ago. Michael came to pick our little girl up and he was so compassionate, caring, and professional. The little wicker bassinet and pink blanket that he brought to pick her up in actually made watching her go out the door easier. You all are amazing people and we can’t thank you enough.
I love these guys, I have had 5 pups cremated with them and I swear by them.
Mallory was so kind on my initial call and then Ashton was just so sincere, calm and caring. This is my 2nd time and jt is not any easier but with caring people like these ladies it certainly helps!
