Sophie’s next stop! Everyone here is very comforting and understanding! Best place to let your loved one go over the rainbow 🌈 bridge to doggie heaven 🐾
The service was impeccable. From our first contact with Erin to picking up our Fenix, the women were professional and kind. Honestly, I expected to wait a couple of weeks to receive her cremains back. We dripped her off late Friday afternoon and had her back on Monday. Thank you Erin, Sarah, and Mallory.
I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by this group of caring and professional individuals. We lost our dear Phoebe after almost 17 years of unconditional love. From the initial call to Phoebe's return the service was excellent. At every interaction they expressed their genuine sorrow for our loss and asked how we were doing. Anyone can provide the services they provide but it's clear that they really care about their clients and want the process to be as comforting and seamless as possible. Highly recommend... read more
I recently just lost my 14 year old chihuahua. Let go was hard to do. She was a good dog. I just want to say coming to paws, whiskers and wags was the right thing to do. From the very first phone call with Michael, to being greeted with open arms by Mallory to my last final step with the young lady today. ( i am sorry I didnt get your name) To say yall were great is understatement, Yall were over the top of wonderful. Losing a fur baby isnt easy, but knowing that she was in good hands and with people that love animals. Made ... read more
Paws, Whiskers and Wags did a great job with the cremation of Gracie. Gracie was my Westie, that I loved dearly. They where kind and caring.
I cannot begin to describe how wonderful they have been to me after losing my baby kitty. So sweet and soft spoken while they went through the process with me and helped me pick how I wanted everything done. Everyone I have talked with there has been amazing.
The owners and staff are THE BEST with taking care of you with comfort, respect and the utmost care for your fur baby. Love them!
As promised by the pet hospital, Paws, Whiskers and Wags contacted me within 24 hours of my dog's passing. They were very caring and I could tell that my Rusty was being taken care of by compassionate, loving people. After Rusty was cremated, they called to let me know he was safely back at the pet hospital for me to bring him home. All of this was done within a day or two and during Christmas week. My daughter and I attended the pet celebration today and again had reassurance that we had chosen the best company to care for ... read more
